BARRE PILATES METHOD – new class starting September 2019

I am very excited to be offering a new class, Barre Pilates on a Wednesday evening in my studio.  I recently attended a course and am now qualified to teach Barre Pilates Method.  Having danced for many years I attained a very good level of discipline attaining the RAD Elementary Certificate.  This has given me a fabulous platform to teach this new class as I am able to make the necessary corrections when students are performing any ballet moves.

Barre Pilates simplifies complex ballet technique and combines it with Pilates principles to deliver a safe, effective, flowing workout, with no need of dance experience.  It is an amazing work out for glutes and pelvic floor too!
